What equipment do I need:

HelmetHelmet must be undamaged DOT full faced helmet with face shield
Riding Boots: Riding Boots must cover the ankles (not steel toed)
Riding Gloves: Gloves must cover entire hand and extend over the wrist
Leather Suits: Leather Suit may be one piece or two piece that zips all around. (made of leather ONLY)

How do I prepare my bike?

To participate in the Classic your bike must pass a tech inspection consisting of the following items:

BIKES/ GEAR:

  • Helmet (check date manufactured)
  • Leathers (one-piece or zip together)
  • Coolant (NO ethylene glycol)
  • Brakes: Front & Rear (all bolts wired or quick release)
  • Throttle Return
  • Kill Switch

 

GLASS – REMOVED OR TAPED:

  • Headlight
  • Instruments
  • Tail Light(s)

 

SAFETY WIRE:

  • Radiator Cap
  • Oil Filter
  • Oil Filler cap
  • Oil Drain Bolt
  • Oil Lines
  • Coolant Drains

 

REMOVED:

  • Kick Starter
  • Side Stand
  • Rear View Mirrors
  • Passenger Pegs

Does Jennings GP have rules I should know about? 

  • There is a 104 DB sound limit
  • No race engines before 9 AM or after 6 PM
  • You must sign a waiver to ride in the event

What are the classes for this event?

1. 300cc Superbike

2. 400cc Super Stock

3. 400cc Superbike to include stock 500cc (Aprilia RS457, Ninja 500, CFMoto 450SS)

4. Lightweight Twins Superbike to include RS660, R7, GSX8R, ZX4RR, Daytona 660, and SV650 (500cc to 780cc).
